Earlier this week I was riding to work with my windows open-- heat wave!--and felt nearly asphyxiated by the non-stop white smoke billowing from First Student school bus number MB28. Today I checked in With Sen. Downing's Pittsfield office today to see how his Anti-Idling legislation was doing. The bill, which passed the Senate, is now in House Ways and Means.
