This is outrageous. They don't have shelter beds and yet they are closing down a homeless encampment. They should be supporting these 'tent cities' until they can get homes for these folks.
When Springfield had a tent city, they didn't want us to rent portable toilets and only relented when the church whose lawn we were on didn't want us to use the bathroom anymore.
